User Content & Community Guidelines

All submitted videos must:

• Be technically sound — well-focused, stable, properly exposed, and free from artifacts.
• Meet minimum resolution requirements (HD 1080p or higher preferred; 4K encouraged).
• Have no copyrighted music, logos, or branded content unless licensed for redistribution.
• Be free from excessive compression, noise, or poor color grading.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material.
• Content depicting or glorifying violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
• Hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation.
• Content that violates any person's privacy or right to publicity without consent.
• Misinformation, deepfakes, or AI-generated content misrepresenting real events.
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate or exploitative context.
• Spam, duplicate uploads, or low-effort content clearly not suited for stock use.

• You must own or have licensed all elements in your submitted content.
• Recognizable individuals require signed model releases.
• Identifiable private property requires property releases.
• Trademarked logos, branded products, or copyrighted artwork must not appear in commercial content.

• Use accurate and relevant titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Do not spam keywords or use irrelevant tags to game search results.
• Titles should clearly describe the content in English.

• Treat other contributors and staff with respect.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the platform, rankings, or reviews.
• Report policy violations to support@indianstockvideo.com.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal without prior notice.
• Warning issued to the contributor's account.
• Temporary suspension of upload privileges.
• Permanent account termination for serious or repeat violations.

If you believe your content was removed in error, contact support@indianstockvideo.com with your content details and reason for appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
