1. Legal Basis

This Policy is framed in accordance with:

  • Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 & Intermediary Guidelines, 2021
  • International norms including DMCA principles

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, submit a Takedown Notice to copyright@indianstockvideo.com including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing content (URL or specific link).
  • Proof of ownership (copyright certificate, authorship evidence, or license).
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid Takedown Notice, we will:

  • Review the complaint.
  • Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the uploader (Contributor) of the claim.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

A valid Counter-Notice must include identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a result of mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of courts at NOIDA, and the Contributor's name, address, email, and signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts of users or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or permanently terminated.

6. Limitation of Liability

SG INDIA INC acts as an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000. We are not liable for third-party uploads, provided we take prompt action upon receiving valid notices.
