License Agreement

• Content – stock video footage, clips, or media available on the Website.
• License – the rights granted to the Licensee under this Agreement.
• Royalty-Free License (RF) – allows broad, repeated use without paying royalties per use.
• Rights-Managed License (RM) – allows limited, specific use of Content (e.g., territory, duration, media type).
• Editorial Use – use in news, commentary, educational, or non-commercial informative contexts.
• Exclusive License – rights granted solely to one Licensee.
• Non-Exclusive License – rights granted to multiple licensees simultaneously.

2.1 Personal License (Non-Commercial)
Permits use in personal projects, academic works, or private presentations. Strictly no resale, advertising, or revenue-generating use.

2.2 Standard Commercial License (Royalty-Free Default)
Licensee may use Content in advertising, marketing, websites, apps, social media, presentations, films, and corporate videos. Content may be used globally and indefinitely. Prohibited: resale or standalone redistribution of the video file.

2.3 Extended/Enterprise License
Broader commercial rights including use in large-scale campaigns, OTT platforms, theatrical releases, or merchandising. Pricing and scope vary depending on project requirements.

2.4 Editorial License
Permitted only for news, educational, or documentary use. Not permitted for commercial advertising or promotional purposes.

Regardless of license type, the Licensee may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Content as a standalone file or as part of a stock media library.
• Use Content in pornographic, defamatory, or illegal materials.
• Use Content to misrepresent any person, brand, or product.
• Remove or alter any watermarks, metadata, or proprietary notices.
• Use Content in NFTs, AI training datasets, or generative AI systems without written permission.

All Content remains the intellectual property of the respective Contributors and SG INDIA INC. The License grants usage rights only — no ownership is transferred to the Licensee.

The Licensor warrants that it has the right to license the Content. Content is provided "AS IS" with no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor is not liable for any claims arising from unauthorized use by the Licensee.

The Licensee agrees to indemnify SG INDIA INC against any claims arising from unauthorized or unlicensed use of Content.

Licenses terminate automatically if the Licensee violates any term. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and delete downloaded Content.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Disputes shall be resolved in courts at NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh.
