Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Indian Stock Video, customer satisfaction is important. However, our products are digital content delivered electronically, so refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms below.

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the content has been downloaded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Purchase – Charged twice for the same content due to a technical error.
• Download Issues – Unable to access or download the file despite multiple attempts, and support confirms the issue.
• Corrupted/Defective File – The video file is damaged or unusable and a replacement is not available.
• Unauthorized Transaction – Payment made fraudulently without your authorization.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect license selection.
• Misuse of content in violation of our License Agreement.
• Partial use of subscription or license.

Order cancellations are not possible once payment is completed due to instant digital delivery. Subscription-based services may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

To request a refund, email support@indianstockvideo.com within 7 days of purchase with order details and reason. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
