You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

To download or contribute content, you must create an account with accurate and complete details. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.

All content downloaded from the Platform is subject to the License Agreement. All uploaded content is governed by the Contributor Agreement. Ownership of uploaded content remains with Contributors, but the Company is granted distribution rights.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000. Refunds may be provided at the Company's discretion in cases of technical issues or duplicate purchases.

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense content in violation of the License Agreement.
• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
• Use the Platform for harassment, fraud, spamming, or any activity prohibited under Indian law.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security measures of the Platform.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, submit a takedown notice to copyright@indianstockvideo.com with identification of infringing content, proof of ownership, and your contact details.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, compliant with the IT Act, 2000, SPDI Rules, and GDPR principles for international users.

The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the License Agreement, or applicable laws.

The Platform and content are provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind. The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the content giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SG INDIA INC, its officers, employees, and partners against claims arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Courts at NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
